We practice biological farming, which often goes beyond organic standards. We focus on soil microbiology and natural harmony to ensure our fruit is honest, safe, and of the highest quality.
Where is the fruit grown?
All our pineapples are grown on our own estates in Malaysia, allowing us to control the quality from the first seedling to the final harvest.
How does the pineapple subscription work?
You can choose your delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). We harvest your fruit at peak ripeness and deliver it directly to your door. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Can I make a one-time purchase?
Yes. While our subscription offers the best value and consistency, you can purchase individual whole fruits through our Fresh shop.
How do I know when my pineapple is ripe?
We ship our pineapples at the ideal window for consumption. Because they are sun-ripened on the plant, they are ready to enjoy shortly after they arrive at your door.
How should I store the Heat products?
To maintain the honest quality of the ingredients, we recommend refrigerating our sauces and jams after opening.
